Payment

  • We can accept PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, bank transfer, etc.
  • Detailed account informatin will be supplied upon request.

Shipping

  • At Wiggy, we partner with trusted express couriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely.
  • For stock orders, the goods are shipped immediately after we receive your payment.
  • Your package will be delivered to Norway within 5–7 business days.
  • Europe only takes one more day.
  • (Please note that a small percentage of shipments may be delayed by customs inspection or other circumstances beyond our control.)

  • We at Domtakk Int'l sincerely believe that true service can only be achieved through unquestionable business ethics, which we demonstrate through our promise of fairness, honesty and integrity in our dealings with our customers.
  • We guarantee that the quality of our lace wigs meets or exceeds the quality of our competitors.
  • We guarantee that our price is the lowest for what we offer.
  • We offer a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects according to the 'Proper Use Guide for Customers' below:
  • Clean your wig with a mild pH shampoo (4.5–5.5).
  • Use cream-based conditioners that DO NOT contain lanolin, polymers or heavy oils (cause tangles in real hair).
  • Be sure to keep the cream conditioner away from the base, because it can soften the knots in the base, which can cause hair to fall out.
  • Never brush wet hair, use a wide-toothed comb.
  • Also use leave-in spray conditioner to keep your hair soft and supple.
  • Not using conditioner at all will lead to dryness and tangles.
  • Avoid styling products based on SD-40 alcohol, as they tend to dry out your hair. Use corn alcohol instead.
  • Lace wigs must be handled with care as the base is fragile and the hair can easily fall out. Therefore, this material cannot be guaranteed by the factory.

Agreement on terms for quality issues for in-stock lace wigs

This agreement is entered into pursuant to the following terms and conditions which have been mutually confirmed by both Buyer and Seller.

  1. All of our stock lace wigs are made to the standard specifications listed in the STOCK LACE WIG file. If there is any discrepancy between the buyer's standards and Wiggy's standards, Wiggy's standards will be final.
  2. If there are any quality issues with the in-stock lace wigs that Wiggy produces, the customer must declare this and return the defective wigs to Wiggy within 5 days from the date of receipt to the date the wig is returned by the customer. The shipping cost from the buyer to Wiggy will be at the buyer's expense.
  3. The faulty wig must be returned brand new, i.e. without having been styled, cut or worn. If the returned wig was made by a factory error but is returned styled, cut or worn, Wiggy will charge for all repairs/restocking as regular orders.
  4. Wiggy provides a 3-month warranty for each new hair piece if the hair pieces are used and cared for properly.

Agreement on terms in case of quality problems for custom lace wigs

  • Don't worry about customs fees or paperwork – Wiggy covers all customs clearance costs for you, so your order arrives without a hitch.

  • 1. If Wiggy by mistake does not produce the exact custom lace wigs, Wiggy will repair or produce new wigs according to the customer's request and RU's advice. Production and shipping costs from Wiggy to the customer are covered by Wiggy. Shipping costs from buyer to Wiggy are covered by buyer.

    2. If a quality problem occurs with the lace wigs produced by Wiggy, the customer must report and return the defective wigs to Wiggy within 10 days from the date the item is received to the date it is returned.

    3. The faulty wig must be returned in brand new condition, i.e. without having been styled, cut or worn. If the returned wig was made by a factory error but has been styled, cut or worn, Wiggy can only repair or make a new wig with the approval of both parties.

    4. Reproduction will only be carried out to match the original specifications. Any change in specifications will be considered a new order.

    5. Wiggy provides a 3-month warranty on every new lace wig, provided the wig is used and maintained properly.
