These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on wiggy.no. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

What these terms apply to

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods from Wiggy.no to consumers (private customers) in Norway. By ordering from us, you accept these terms and conditions.

Products and colors

We sell wigs, toppers, hair pieces and hair extensions in real and synthetic hair. Colors may differ slightly on screen compared to the actual product. Small variations in hair density, length and shade may occur.

Prices, fees and promotions

All prices are shown in NOK and include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs and any fees are shown before payment. Promotional discounts are valid for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Payment

We offer secure payment methods through our payment providers. Available methods may include Apple Pay/Google Pay/Credit Card/PayPal (invoice/partial payment) and others. The methods available for your order are stated at checkout. For invoice and partial payment, the terms and conditions of the payment provider apply.

Levering

We normally ship with DHL/Fedex or other carrier. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. The risk of the goods passes to you when you have received them in physical possession.

Unclaimed packages: If the package is not collected by the deadline, it may be returned to us. We may charge a fee to cover actual shipping and handling costs.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Please notify us within the deadline and return the goods without undue delay. You will pay the return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Important about hygiene products: The seal must be unbroken for items that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, such as wigs, toppers, hair pieces and hair extensions. If the hygiene/seal seal is broken, the right of withdrawal may be lost. You can carefully evaluate the item without using it. Try only with the included trial hair cap/net (if available) and without removing seals, labels or protective nets.

How to undo:

  1. Send us an email to [support@wiggy.no] with your order number, name and which items you are returning.
  2. Fill out the cancellation form (attached to the order confirmation / can be downloaded from our website).
  3. Pack the item securely, unopened and with all original packaging/accessories, and send to the return address below.

Return Address: We will provide you with a paid label with the return address included.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the amount within a reasonable time to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange and return outside the right of withdrawal

We are happy to offer exchanges in another color/model where possible. The item must be returned unused and with the hygiene/seal intact. Please contact us before returning to arrange an exchange.

Complaints (defects in goods)

If there is a manufacturing defect or other defect, you can make a complaint for up to 2 years (5 years for goods that are intended to last significantly longer). Report as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect (always within 2 months to be within the deadline). We will correct, replace, give a price reduction or cancel the purchase in accordance with the regulations.

Complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear, defects that occur due to improper use or maintenance, heat/styling and color treatment, or changes made after delivery.

Duty of investigation and responsibility when handling

Inspect the item upon receipt. Always use appropriate wig nets, stands and recommended products. Avoid using heat tools on synthetic hair. Follow the use and care instructions on the product page and in the package leaflet. Damage resulting from improper use is not covered as a defect.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. There you will find information about what data we collect, purpose, basis for processing, storage period, and your rights.

Gift cards and discount codes

Gift cards can be used as payment until they expire. Discount codes have terms and conditions and validity periods that are stated where they are issued. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and do not apply to already discounted items unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses you suffer due to defects in the product or breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the product.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms and conditions. New terms and conditions will be posted on the website and will be effective from the time of posting. Ongoing orders will be subject to the terms and conditions that were in effect when you placed your order.

Customer service and complaints

Contact us at [support@wiggy.no]. If we do not agree, you can bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Council/Consumer Complaints Committee.

Applicable law and venue

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes may be brought before the courts where you reside.
